NIGERIAN FORWARD SIGNS FIRST PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT AT WEST HAM
Princess Ademiluyi has signed her first professional contract with the Women’s Soccer League, WSL, side, West Ham United.
Ademiluyi turned 18 on Sunday, July 14 and the Hammers took the decision to tie her down to a long-term contract to ward off interest from other clubs.
The forward joined the Hammers at the age of 12 and has made her way to the first team.
The Nigerian-born player is excited to sign her first professional contract with the London club.
“I’m really pleased to have signed my first professional contract, ”she told West Ham TV.
“I’ve been at West Ham since I was 12 years old, so it feels amazing to be signing my first professional contract at a Club that means so much.
“I’ve learnt a lot since making my first-team debut. I feel as if I’ve developed a lot as a player but also as a person. “
