NPFL: ILECHUKWU UNCONCERNED WITH RANGERS POOR PRE-SEASON FORM
Rangers technical adviser, Fidelis Ilechukwu has assured the club’s supporters that the team will achieve its goals in the 2024/25 season.
Ilechukwu believed that the team have all its takes to record another successful campaign.
The Flying Antelopes are currently taking part in a pre-season tournament in Enugu.
“Our fans should not panic about the result because it was a pre-season game,” Ilechukwu told the media.
“We use the pre-season game to assess the team’s cohesion, technical, and tactical abilities, it may not be possible during the season proper.
“I assure our fans that we shall achieve all we want in the season because we have what it takes to do so.”
The reigning Nigeria Premier Football League champions will face El-kanemi Warriors in the opening game of the new season.
The new season will commence on Saturday, August 31.
