
TINUBU SWEARS IN ABDULLAHI BELLO AS CCB CHAIRMAN
President Bola Tinubu has just sworn in Dr. Abdullahi Usman Bello as Chairman of the Code of Conduct Bureau, CCB.
Prior to commencement of the Federal Executive Council meeting, the oath-taking ceremony took place at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa on Wednesday.
The CCB’s mandate cuts across ensuring that public officials comply with the code of conduct and ethical standards.
It also ensures that public officials declare their assets as a means of promoting transparency while occupying office.
Meanwhile, the Federal Executive Council meeting has kicked off in earnest with President Tinubu presiding over it.
