SECOND BATCH OF LAGOS CHRISTIAN INTENDING PILGRIMS ARRIVE IN JORDAN (PHOTOS)
In the early hours of Saturday, February 8, 2025, the second batch of 122 intending pilgrims from Lagos safely arrived in Jordan.
The group was led by key government officials, including Mr. Adewunmi Gbolahan Ogunsanya, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs; Mrs. Florence Yetunde Gbafe, Board Secretary; Bishop Prof. Rufus Oguntuase, Vice Chairman; Mr. Adedamola Adeoshun; and Mrs. Abiodun Naz-Musa.
Before departure, Mrs. Gbafe urged the pilgrims to uphold integrity, fear of God, and represent Lagos State with exemplary conduct.
This follows the successful return of the first batch of Lagos Christian pilgrims on January 1, 2025, after a fulfilling pilgrimage to Israel and Jordan.
