
ONE INJURED AS SIENNA, COMMERCIAL BUS COLLIDE ON EKO BRIDGE, LAGOS
On Thursday morning, a Toyota Sienna bus and a commercial bus collided on Eko Bridge, which leads into Apongbon.
One person was seriously hurt in the event.
Confirming this through its X account, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, or LASTMA, stated that its staff were quickly sent to the location to control the situation and maintain traffic flow.
Posting on its official X account, LASTMA wrote, “An accident occurred and it involved a Sienna bus and a Yellow bus on Eko Bridge inward Apongbon with one casualty (injured person).
“Men of the Nigeria Police Force have been contacted for documentation.
“Our men are also on the ground managing the situation.”
When traveling along the impacted route, commuters are urged to use caution and heed traffic signals.
