
NPFL: OSIMHEN REWARDS REMO STARS WITH CASH GIFT AFTER HISTORIC TITLE WIN
Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen has gifted Remo Stars N10 million for winning the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League, (NPFL), title.
It was gathered that the Galatasaray forward doled out N5 million to the players, and another N5 million to the technical crew.
The Super Eagles striker also congratulated the players and applauded them for their hardwork .
Recall that Remo Stars during the week clinched their maiden NPFL title following a 1-0 triumph over Niger Tornadoes in Ikenne on Sunday.
Olamilekan Adedayo scored the historic goal in the 84th minute of the encounter.
The Sky Blue Stars made history as the first privately owned club to win the league since Julius Berger in the year 2000.
