Rangers Draw Lesotho ‘ s Bantu FC in CAF Confederation Cup Play-off Round
Rangers will face Bantu FC of Lesotho in the play-off round of the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Flying Antelopes will travel to Maseru for the first leg which will be played between January 11 and 13.
The reverse fixture will take place a week later St the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu.
The overall winners will proceed to the mini-league stage of the competition.
Bantu FC dropped out of the CAF Champions League after they lost 5-2 on aggregate to AS Vita of DR Congo.
They lost to the Congolese 4-1 on the road before they were held to a 1-1 draw at home.
Rangers edged out FC Dedebit of Ethiopia 5-1 on aggregate in the preliminary round and defeated Algerian side, Union Sportive Madinet Bel Abbes 2-0 on aggregate in the first round.
The Enugu club are looking to become the first Nigerian club to win the CAF Confederation Cup.
