The late Abdulrasaq who was the Minister of Railways in the First Republic died last week Saturday. In its 10th virtual meeting, the council observed a minute silence for the deceased. The meeting is being led by President Muhammadu Buhari with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and eight ministers physically present. The ministers present are the Minister for Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Abubakar Malami, Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed, Aviation minister, Hadi Sirika, Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, Minister for Power, Saleh Mamma and the Minister of Trade and Investment, Mohammed Mahmoud. The Head of Service, Folasade Yemi-Esan and other ministers are participating virtually from their respective offices.
