PSG COMPLETES SERGIO RAMOS TRANSFER

Sergio Ramos has signed a two-year contract with Paris Saint-Germain after leaving Real Madrid as a free agent.

Ramos departed Real Madrid in June after 16 years with the club, winning four Champions League titles, five La Liga titles, and four Club World Cups during that time.

Ramos remarked, “I am really delighted to join Paris Saint-Germain.” “This is a major turning point in my life, a new challenge, and a day I’ll never forget.”

In an emotional news conference, the 2010 World Cup champion expressed his desire to stay at Real, but the club chose to withdraw a one-year contract offer by saying it had expired.

Ramos was given a new contract with a 10% pay cut from his prior position, but he wanted a two-year contract.
