O. President Muhammadu Buhari and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson discussed the struggle in Nigeria against various forms of terrorism on Thursday, agreeing to let the legal process play out. The two leaders held bilateral talks on the sidelines of the Global Education Summit in London, where they stressed the importance of the legal process running smoothly, regardless of who was involved. President Buhari informed Prime Minister Narendra Modi about Nigeria’s power needs and efforts, as well as food security programs. He also discussed the security situation in various parts of the country, with Prime Minister Boris Johnson pledging Britain’s willingness to assist. He stated, “We are here to assist.” The two leaders exchanged ideas on how to boost bilateral trade, develop solar and wind energy, continue to lead the Commonwealth, and other topics of mutual interest.
