YORUBA ACTING BOOSTED MY SKILLS – ADUNNI ADE

Adunni Ade, a Nollywood actress, has remarked that acting in Yoruba films polished her talents because she was required to play a variety of roles.

Ade made this point when accepting her first Yoruba film prize at the recent Cool Wealth Awards.

“And this happened!” the actress wrote in an Instagram photo on Sunday, displaying her trophy. My First Yoruba Award was given to me. Nollywood Actress of the Year (Yoruba).

“Three to four years in Nollywood’s Yoruba component.” There are a lot of compliments from people all across the world, and then there are the haters (sic) Oh well! Everything is visible to me!
