CFN Cautions Nigerians Against Former President Obasanjo’s Call.
A Coalition For Nigeria has cautioned Nigerians against emotional reaction to former president Olusegun Obasanjo’s call, warning that such actions may jeopardize the nation’s democratic process.
The National President of the group, Mr. Sabo Odea, who made the call on Thursday at a press conference held in Abuja said, Former president Olusegun Obasanjo wants to fraudulently recover what he carelessly lost in an intersection.
He termed the letter as part of a larger plot to mislead and destabilize the country adding that The former president was part of leaders that contributed to the problems the citizens are facing.
He however urged President Buhari to discredit the statements contain in the letter and forge ahead in the good plans he has for the country.
In the meantime, Mr. Odea urged the Federal Government to investigate herdsmen and farmers crisis in order to avoid further loss of lives.
He further expressed concern on the risk of politicians using farmers/herdsmen crises to commit mischief ahead of the 2019 general election.
