The Appeal court sitting in Ado Ekiti has giving judgement in favour of chief Eddy Olafeso and his executive as the substantive People’s Democratic Party PDP national vice chairman of the south west zone.
The court set aside an earlier federal high court judgement where former PDP vice chairman for the south west zone, Makanjuola Ogundipes and his executives claimed to remain perpetual executives of the south west zone of the PDP.
the PDP ekiti state counsel in the suit,Sunday Owolafe said the court below does not have jurisdiction in the first place to hear the case and made it worse by giving in judgement when it had not done thorough investigation.
Also speaking,the PDP south west zone legal adviser Sunday Olanipekun express gratitude to governor Ayodele Fayose and some other notable statemen in the party who endures truth prevail on the matter.
He called on aggrieved party members to come together and take the party to an enviable level.
