Sex Scandal: Another Lecturer Caught In The Act
Sex Scandal: Another Lecturer Caught In The Act…The name of the University will shock You
Barely one week after the sex scandal of Professor Richard Akindele of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, whose telephone conversation with a female student in which he demanded sex was recorded and released on social media, there is another news from Makarere University, Kenya, where a lecturer allegedly assaulted a female student sexually.
As reported by standard media, a Makerere University lecturer has been suspended after he allegedly assaulted a Kenyan female student sexually.
The student took a selfie while the lecturer’s head was between her two legs. According to the student, in a handwritten letter, the lecturer grabbed her, threw her against the file cabinet and started kissing her. The student later says that the lecturer told her that he wanted to perform oral sex on her.
While the lecturer went on to perform the act, the student says she took several shots in case she needed to prove the incident as there were no cameras in the office.
“I got my phone and captured some shots because I realized there were no cameras in the room to help me out if I had reported the case. I tried calling Steven to help me out but unfortunately,
the man hanged up on me and threw my phone on the chair. He continued harassing me and that’s when he put his fingers in my vagina which was so painful,” read part of the letter by the student.
The student continues to say that she threatened the lecturer and that is when he opened the door (which was locked) and ran out crying.
The Makerere University acknowledged the issue and decided to suspend the lecturer for them to set up investigations to establish exactly what happened.
“Accordingly, I hereby suspend you from the university service on half pay with immediate effect to allow a smooth investigation into the matter,” read the letter addressed to the lecturer.
“You are strongly advised to desist from any access to Senate Building premises and or interactions with students of Makereke University until investigations are completed. You are further required to hand over all the University property that may be in your possession.”
