Man Lands In Court For Killing Snake
One man surnamed Wu has been found guilty in the Chinese Court for killing a rare snake.
NIGERIA NEWS gathered that the snake which was a rare breed was about two-meter-long.
The snake which is on the is on the first class state protection list was reportedly captured in a rural area Fengkai County.
According to the County Court, “Wu captured the animal with the help of another man whom he paid the sum of 47 dollars (300 yuan) to help capture the snake.”
Wu later killed the Snake.
The Police were tipped on Social media when a fellow villager uploaded the picture of the act on social networking app WeChat.
Wu has been sentenced to jail for a year.
