Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Mahmoud Yakubu has officially debunked report making rounds in the media about an INEC commissioner allegedly arrested by the dss earlier this morning.
Yakubu who was speaking at an official briefing of the Commission in Abuja, said the said Commissioner was in his office as at the moment of the conference meeting.
Recall that there were reports that one of inecvs Commissioner, Okechukwu Ibeanu was picked up by men of the DSS this morning for questioning.
