Manchester United star Marcus Rashford has emerged as Barcelona’s ‘impossible dream’.

The England striker is attracting interest from the Nou Camp, according to reports in Spain.

But the Catalan giants are realistic that any attempt to prise him from Old Trafford would cost in excess of £87m, according to Mundo Deportivo.

He has no release clause that may complicate any prospect of a deal.

Rashford is considered ‘non-transferable’ by the club, according to the report in the Spanish newspaper.

Rashford rose to prominence when he made his debut under Louis van Gaal in 2016.

He has gone on to make 155 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring 42 goals and become a full England international.
