Alabi Ayanda Rasaq is urgently in need of kidney transplant. He has been battling with Adult polycystic kidney disease since 2013 and he is being managed in LASUTH.
However,the kidneys have deteriorated and now in end stage renal failure and cannot pass out waste well is now on dialysis but requires kidney transplant .
