Bala Mohammed won the state’s March 18th governorship election, according to the Bauchi State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) and its governorship candidate, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar, a former chief of the air staff, had their plea denied by the tribunal.
It was decided that because the election was legally conducted, there was no compelling reason to annul it.
