
UPDATE: FUBARA, ADELEKE, OBASEKI, OTHERS ARRIVE PDP GOVERNORS MEETING
At the party’s forum meeting, the governors of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, Ademola Adeleke, and Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State, arrived at the Oyo State Governors Lodge in Abuja.
According to reports, the governor’s supporters stormed the assembly building on Monday in protest of the scheme, following the passage of a resolution by 24 members of the Rivers State House of Assembly to impeach Governor Fubara.
Under the direction of Bala Mohammed, the PDP Governors’ Forum is anticipated to deliberate on matters pertaining to the party, as well as the off-season elections in Kogi, Bayelsa, and Imo States, as well as the political situation in Rivers State.
