
LAGOS GOVT SET TO COMMENCE Y2024 PROMOTION EXERCISE FOR STAFF OF PARASTATALS ON APRIL 29

The Lagos State Government will commence the Year 2024 promotion exercise for officers on Grade Level 01-16 for officers in all parastatal organisations as well as officers on Grade Level 01-05 at the mainstream civil service under the Revised Structured Training Programme.
A release issued today by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Establishments and Training, Mrs. Olubusola Abidakun said the promotion exercise will commence on Monday, 29th April, 2024 and end on Wednesday, 9th May, 2024.
The exercise will be held simultaneously at the Public Service Staff Development Centre, Magodo and the Women Development Centre, Agege, Lagos.

She explained that there would be a daily training session for Officers on Grade Level 07-16 which will run from Monday to Friday except on Wednesday at the PSSDC, Magodo.
Abidakun stated further that two training sessions would be held daily from 29th April to 8th May, 2024 at the Women Development Centre for officers on Grade Level 01-05 from both the main civil service and parastatal organisations on one hand and Neighbourhood Officers on Grade Level 06-09 on the other.
The Permanent Secretary, therefore, urged eligible officers to obtain their Revised Structure Training Identification Slips from the Director of Administration and Human Resources of their respective Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), adding that it is a prerequisite for registration for the programme.
