JUST IN: COURT DECLINES ABBA KYARI, TWO OTHERS’ BAIL APPLICATION
Abba Kyari, the suspended deputy commissioner of police, and two other suspended senior police officers have not been granted bail by Justice Emeka Nwite.
The court decided in separate findings that the defendants had not presented any evidence to support the court’s discretion.
