LAGOS ELECTRICITY BOARD SET TO COLLABORATE WITH LASIMRA
The Lagos State Infrastructure Maintenance and Regulatory Agency (LASIMRA) and the Lagos State power Board (LSEB) are collaborating to enhance infrastructure and power services in Lagos State with the goal of increasing efficiency.
The General Manager of LSEB, Engr. K.A.T Balogun revealed this during the courtesy visit by the General Manager of LASIMRA, Prince Oyekanmi Elegushi to the Board recently, adding that the visit marked a significant step towards forging a strategic collaboration and robust working relationship between the two sister agencies.
Engr. Balogun highlighted the importance of collaboration, emphasising its necessity in addressing the challenges faced in infrastructure and electricity service delivery. He noted that the meeting signifies the beginning of a synergistic partnership aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations.

Prince Oyekanmi Elegushi commended the Board on the agency’s good work in providing street lights for the safety and security of the citizens of Lagos State. He expressed LASIMRA’s dedication to regulatory compliance and infrastructure maintenance, noting that collaboration is essential for the seamless execution of projects.
During the visit, both General Managers outlined a comprehensive framework for ongoing cooperation, focusing on critical areas such as tackling the menace of vandalisation, project planning, regulatory oversight, infrastructure maintenance and public safety.
