Former Liverpool defender Steve Nicol believes Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen will score more goals for Arsenal than Kai Havertz.
Having advised the Gunners to sign the Nigerian international, Nicol, in a chat with ESPN, stated that Osimhen has the potential of converting more goal-scoring chances than the Germany international.
“You are not going to take in a million years over Osimhen. So, if you can afford it, I agree with Shaka’s point.
“When it really matters and you have only one chance in a game, again the question is, is it going to be Havertz or Osimhen?
“Everybody will say he scored in the Champions League final, but the truth is he takes too many chances to score that Osimhen won’t.”
