#FEARLESSOCTOBER PROTEST IN ABUJA
The nationwide protest scheduled for today has started in the Federal Capital Territory.
The #EndBadGovernance protests, which took place from August 1 to August 10, in reaction to the economic misery that many Nigerians are facing, are being carried out again on October 1 under the hashtag #FearlessInOctober.
In the FCT’s Utako neighborhood, where the protest is still going on, protesters assembled as early as 7 am at the bustling Utako market.
Director of the Take It Back Movement’s mobilization, Damilare Adenola, lamented the hardships facing the nation and blamed them on federal government policies.
