YOU CAN’T BE A BILLIONAIRE THROUGH SPORTS, MUSIC ALONE – ANTHONY JOSHUA
Nigerian-British professional boxer and two-time world heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, has shared his thoughts on the pathway to becoming a billionaire.
According to him, reaching such financial heights cannot be solely achieved through entertainment or sports.
Joshua advised entertainers and sports players to look beyond the allure of fame and focus on the business aspects of their careers to ensure sustainability.
Taking to his Snapchat page, Anthony Joshua wrote: “For any to reach billionaire status, it will not be through sports, music or entertainment.
“Don’t get lost in the hype, focus on the sustainability, books and business ethics.”
Globally, only a handful of entertainers and sports figures have joined the billionaire club.
Many, however, attribute their wealth primarily to endorsements and strategic business ventures outside their main fields.
Prominent examples of billionaire entertainers and athletes, according to Forbes, include Jay-Z, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, and LeBron James.
