NOGRAVITY CONSULT HOLDS FIRST STRATEGY AND PLANNING TRAINING FOR THE YEAR

NoGravity Consults held its first strategy and planning Training for the year at the JV Consults Office in Ogba, Lagos.

The training which had about 25 participants both online and off-site, started at about 9:30am with a quick introduction of all participants.

The Strategy and Planning training was anchored by Mr.Yinka Adegbuyi, the training director and lasted for almost five hours with a tea break and lunch in between.

The training was focused on how to develop and use strategies to negotiate and evaluate a business. It also explained ways on how strategies can be implemented.

During the training, the training director instructed participants to conduct a quick practical on strategy and planning by getting to resolve problems in a dying company.

Also, all participants were asked to do a quick practical on the targets that have been achieved during the first quarter of the year.

During the interactive session, participants expressed how impactful and enlightened their experience was this year in the course of the training. They also explained that this year’s edition is more interesting than the previous one.

However, Mr. Adegbuyi concluded the session by explaining how corporate strategy should be used and also how it should include all members of an organization.
