VIDEO: FUNKE AKINDELE PARTNERS LAGOS FIRE SERVICE IN NEW MOVIE
Renowned Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele is set to feature the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service in her upcoming film, fulfilling a promise she made during a visit to the agency last month.
This was contained in a post by the Senior Special Assistant on New Media to Lagos State Governor, Jubril Gawat, on his X.com on Saturday.
He wrote, “Renowned Nollywood Actress and CEO of Funke Akindele Network (FAAN),
#funkeakindele features Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service #LagosRescue in her upcoming movie as promised.
“She made the promise when she visited the agency last month.
Akindele had in a courtesy visit to the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service at its office in Alausa in July expressed desire to collaborate and work with the Fire Service, announcing plans to incorporate fire prevention themes in her upcoming film aimed at reducing the incidence of fire outbreaks in the State.
The collaboration aims to educate the public on fire hazards and promote proactive measures to prevent fires.
