DNA TEST SHOULD BE MADE COMPULSORY IMMEDIATELY AFTER CHILDBIRTH – PHYNA
The reality star of Big Brother Naija, Josephine Otabor, well known as Phyna, has expressed her thoughts on DNA testing.
Recent instances of paternity fraud have caused controversy among Nigerians on the necessity of DNA testing.
Participating in the discussion through her X handle, Phyna expressed her support for the recent assertion made by music executive Don Jazzy that the DNA test should take precedence over the naming ceremony.
She demanded that a DNA test be required right after childbirth.
She wrote, “I support DNA test over naming ceremony. It’s should be passed that it is compulsory. Immediately after birth, a DNA test should be carried out.”
