The motion which was sponsored by twelve lawmakers and presented on the floor by Hon, Betty Apiaffi (Rivers State) at the plenary session on Tuesday.
The Lawmakers expressed concern that despite declaring the criminal elements wanted by the Rivers State government, the IMO state Governor Rochas Okorocha in concert with some highly placed politicians granted them amnesty with the aim of engaging them for other clandestine activities ahead of the 2019 general elections.
