Togolese cook, Sunday, who killed Chief Bademosi caught in Ondo
The Togolese cook, Sunday, that allegedly killed Chief Ope Bademosi and carted away some valuables with cash was found in his hideout in Ondo on Friday and has been arrested by Fagun Police Station.
Sunday, whose boss Chief Bademosi, employed as his cook last Sunday and granted him access to the entire building, gave his boss multiple stabs in the heart that lead to his death in his resident at Parkview Estate, Ikoyi Lagos on Wednesday morning.
The suspect had since then be on the run and declared wanted by Lagos State Police Command, before he was later arrested by Ondo State Police Force.
The deceased, a socialite and Chairman of Credit Switch Technology was aged 67.
A resident in the neighbourhood laments the devilish work of the Togolese housemaid, he said; “This will be the third time that we have had Togolese attacks in the estate and now we have had two causalities. Mrs Adeleke’s daughter last year and this present one. Also we had Fasade’s attempted murder last year. We must implore all residents to desist from hiring these foreign nationals.”
