A surveillance video showing the two brothers alleged to have attacked “Empire” actor, Jussie Smollett, buying masks and hats at a store has emerged.
The actor has been charged with a felony, disorderly conduct for filing a false report after he was alleged to have staged his own attack in Chicago.
