DIEGO COSTA BANNED FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON FOR INSULTING REFEREE’S MOTHER

Athletico Madrid striker, Diego Costa has been slammed with 8-match-ban by the Spanish Football Federation, for insulting referee, Gil Manzano during his club’s La Liga clash with Barcelona.
Costa was sent off in the 28th minute of the game by the referee for allegedly insulting his mother and also preventing him from awarding a yellow card to his teammate.
Costa who was also fined £5,200, will end the season with 5 goals in 21 games do Athletico Madrid.
