Born in Lagos and moved out of Nigeria at the age of four to Turkey, before joining Arsenal while in Primary school, Nigeria’s national team winger, Alex Iwobi is one of the few qualities the Super Eagles can boast to have.

Today, Iwobi who is a nephew of Super Eagles legend, Jay Jay Okocha turns 23 and we are glad to celebrate him.

Alexander Chuka “Alex” Iwobi is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a winger and a striker for Premier League club Arsenal and the Nigeria national team was born on 3rd May 1996.
Since signing a professional contract with Arsenal in October 2015, Iwobi has scored 14 goals in 146 appearances. On international duty, he has banged 5 goals in 27 appearances.
