CRIME UPDATE: POLICE ARRESTS TRAFFIC ROBBERS IN LAGOS
A two-man gang known for robbing motorists of their possessions has been apprehended by a team of crack detectives in Abiola Garden, Ketu/Ojota Road, Lagos.
Kareem Ahmed’m’, 26, and Afo Emma’m’, 24, were discovered with five stolen Android phones, a jack knife, a cutlass, a mask, and cannabis believed to be Indian hemp.
The suspects are currently cooperating with the police in an investigation aimed at apprehending other criminal elements in the axis.
The arrest comes after many motorist reports about the miscreants’ activities along the Ketu/Ojota Road.
CP Abiodun Alabi fdc, the Commissioner of Police for Lagos State Command, has directed that efforts be maintained in all recognized black spots across the state to ensure that all miscreants are captured and dealt with in accordance with the law.
