
UPDATE: BUHARI PRESIDES OVER FEC MEETING
In the Executive Chambers of the Presidential Villa in Abuja, the President Muhammadu Buhari, is presiding over the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting.
At 10:00 am, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Secretary to the Government of the Federation Boss Mustapha, Chief of Staff to the President Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, National Security Adviser Maj-Gen Babagana Monguno (retired), and Head of the Civil Service of the Federation Dr. Folashade Yemi Esan were present for the meeting, which started at 10:00 am.
Dr. Zainab Ahmed (Finance), Hadi Sirika (Aviation), Dr. Osagie Ehanire (Health), Adamu Adamu (Education), Dr. Geoffrey Onyema (Foreign Affairs), Lai Mohammed (Information), and Niyi Adebayo are among the ministers present at the meeting (Industry, Trade, and Investment).
Additionally present are Abubakar Malami, the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Maigari Dingyadi, Dr. Chris Ngige, Rauf Aregbesola, Umana Umana, Muazu Sambo, Sadiya Farouq, and Chris Ngige, the Minister of Labor and Employment (Humanitarian Affairs, Social Development and Disaster Management).
The President’s Chief Economic Adviser, Doyin Salami; the Ministers of State for Environment, Sharon Ikeazor; Health, Adeleke Mamora; and Foreign Affairs, Zubairu Dada, are also there.
