UPDATE: Tagbo’s autopsy report is fake.

The autopsy report of Tagbo, Davido’s late friend which was recently released is fake – The report which showed that alcohol and dr*gs that are capable of easing a person into the early stages of hypothermia and eventual death were found in his body was copied from an American website – Davido is yet to respond to the report After several sources reported that the autopsy report of Tagbo Umeike, friend of popular musician Davido who passed on recently has been released, NAIJ.com can confirm that the report is fake.
The Punch citing a report from the medical examiner of Lagos state had earlier reported that Tagbo’s autopsy showed that the 35-year-old deceased had alcohol and dr*gs in his system that are capable of easing a person into the early stages of hypothermia and eventual death.
The toxicology tests detected alcohol (Bacardi 151, 75.5% Alcohol) and topiramate, a medic*tion for epilepsy and/or migraines in a man’s system. Tagbo’s blood-alcohol concentration (BAC) was at 0.112, higher than the 0.08 legal limit for normal human being state, the report said. You can read her autopsy HERE. Some unscrupulous elements re wrote Kenneka’s autopsy and circulated it as that of Tagbo’s. As soon as more details surrounding Tagbo’s death is released.
