About 50 children have been rescued so far from the Lagos-Island building collapse.
While the number of those killed in the incident is yet to be determined, Emergency rescue agencies such as the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), as well as security personnel including the police, army and National Security and Civil Defence Force (NSCDC) have continued with rescue operations at the scene.
The building is said to be about 30 years.
The three-storey building had collapsed in the Itafaji area of Lagos Island with school pupils trapped on the top floor.
