JUST IN: OSUN ELECTION TRIBUNAL GIVES JUDGEMENT ON PDP’S PETITION
The Osun State Governorship Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja is presently delivering judgment on the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke in the September 2018 election, to challenge the announcement of the All Progressives Congress and its candidate, Gboyega Oyetola, as the winner of the poll.
The Justice Ibrahim Sirajo-led three-man bench began delivering judgment at 10.33am on Friday.
The lead judgment is being delivered by a member of the panel, Justice Peter Obiora.
