3SC TO UNVEIL OGUNBOTE AS NEW MANAGER AFTER PARTING WAYS WITH TECHNICAL CREW UNDER FORMER COACH
The administration of the previous Coach Edith Agoye’s technical staff of the Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan has decided not to renew their contracts.
Kabiru Alausa, Yinka Popoola Gullit, Lateef Yusuf, Kola Ige, and Yomi Adigun are the affected coaches.
The Ibadan-based club is set to unveil Gbenga Ogunbote, the former Remo Stars manager, as the new head coach.
Ogunbote, who saw Remo Stars to a third place finish in the NPFL last season, announced his departure from the team earlier this month after his one-year contract expired. According to reports, he will join 3SC alongside his two assistant coaches.
According to the Oluyole Warriors management, depending on the incoming coach and the availability of open positions in the technical team, the services of some of the technical crew under the former Coach Edith Agoye may still be required.
