EX-AMNESTY PRESIDENT, DOKUNBO IS DEAD

Prof. Charles Quaker Dokubo, a former Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, is dead.
Dokubo reportedly died on Wednesday night in an Abuja hospital.
The death was confirmed by a reliable source from the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
“I heard it this morning inside the hall. I heard he died last night. “How pathetic!” she exclaimed.
