JAMIE FOXX MAKES FIRST PUBLIC APPEARANCE AFTER HEALTH SCARE
By Adeniyi OnaaraĀ
On Sunday, admirers spotted popular American actor Jamie Foxx on a boat tour in Chicago.
In viral videos, the actor can be seen waving to admirers who shouted as he drives by in a speed boat.
His first public appearance comes after a medical issue in April that kept him hospitalized for several weeks.
When Foxx was transported to the hospital, he was on the set of “Back in Action” with co-star Cameron Diaz.
While his family and friends kept the circumstances of his condition private, they asked for prayers from those who cared. When a report went viral in May, fans became even more upset, suggesting that Jamieās family members were preparing for the worst as his health had turned critical.
However, Foxxās daughter, Corrinne came out to debunk the rumours, stating that the 55-year-old returned home from the hospital weeks after hospitalisation and was in good health.
She also revealed that the TV personality was fit to resume work, and announced the scheduled launch of their new game show, āWe Are Familyā.
Asides from gratitude messages to fans on his social media pages, the actor is yet to officially address the health issue himself.
