
BREAKING: SUPER FALCONS QUALIFY FOR WORLD CUP KNOCK OUT STAGE AFTER FACING IRELAND IN MUST-WIN MATCH

The Super Falcons advanced to the Women’s World Cup knockout stage after a goalless draw against the Republic of Ireland on Monday.
With five points from two draws and one win, the Nigerian female team proceeded to the knockout stage.
The Falcons booked the knockout ticket after a vital goalless draw against the Republic of Ireland at the Suncorp Stadium in Milton, Australia.
Ireland’s elimination from the competition was confirmed after a 2-1 loss to Canada during their previous match.
The Super Falcons are billed to play the winner of Group D with England, Denmark, China and Haiti on 7th of August, 2023.
