
JUST IN: TRIBUNAL RESERVES JUDGEMENT ON PETITION FILED BY ATIKU

On Tuesday, the presidential tribunal in Abuja postponed its decision on the petition submitted by the Peoples Democratic Party candidate, Atiku Abubakar, over the February 25 presidential election.
Atiku is contesting President Bola Tinubu’s announcement as the election winner.
The suit’s respondents are the Independent National Electoral Commission, Bola Tinubu, and the All Progressives Congress.
After accepting the parties’ last written addresses, the tribunal deferred its decision until a date to be informed to the parties in the matter.
