
OPL&CE GETS NEW PERMANENT SECRETARY
The Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu has approved the redeployment of Engr. (Ms.) Sholabomi Mosunmola Shasore as the new Permanent Secretary, Office of Political, Legislative and Civic Engagement effective from July 15, 2024.
Engr. Shasore joined the Lagos State Civil Service in 2009 and served in various capacities in different Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) including the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Office and Lagos State Public Procurement Agency.
Before becoming a Permanent Secretary on February 4, 2021, she was the Director, Procurement Agency. Shasore was a key player in the Agency’s statewide repositioning and development initiatives leading to process and performance optimization.
Shasore is a member of the Council for the Regulations of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), in the United Kingdom.
