NOLLYWOOD STAR DEBBIE SHOKOYA RETURNS WITH BABY GIRL
Actress and producer Debbie Shokoya has returned to Nigeria with newborn daughter, Khairat Ayokunmi Ejalonibu, after spending months abroad.
This joyful news comes a year after she lost her previous pregnancy.
Debbie shared gratitude to God on Instagram, posting photos of the grand welcome she received from her husband.
She expressed her amazement at how she traveled alone while pregnant and returned with a “best friend and travel buddy.”
“WELCOME BACK. I Went Alone, Preggy; I Came Back With A Bestie/Travel Buddy. My Success Story! Lord, I Am Grateful. I Am Coming Back With My Videos And Epistle. Before Then…I Got A Welcome Back Surprise From ‘DADDY K’ Ose Okomi”, she wrote.
In an emotional note to her daughter, Debbie thanked her for “rewriting her story.”
“KHAIRAT AYOKUNMI EJALONIBU. My Sacrifice! My Success Story! God Did It! I Stood Strong And I Won. I Am Grateful Lord. You Rewrote My Story!
I Love The Fact That No One Needed To Preach To Me About You, Instead You Made Me Had Encounter With You
“I Know There Is God Because I Have Experienced Him Countless Times!
Looking Back At Everything, I Can Only Say “HE IS A GOD WHO LOVES TO SHOW OFF!!” And I Am Glad He Always Shows Up And Show Off With Me”, she wrote.
Colleagues, including Biola Bayo, Kiekie, Seiilat, Mo Bimpe, and Eniola Badmus, flooded her comment section with welcome-back messages.
Debbie had been candid about her experience becoming pregnant, having disclosed that she had first been concerned about high prolactin levels, which ironically turned out to be pregnancy.
She gave God the glory for making her ordeal into a gift.
