The Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State, has scheduled the screening exercise for candidates of its 12th Regular Course to hold between October 6 and 15, 2025.
The Registrar of the Academy, Ekpere Ezeugwu, disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday, noting that the exercise will feature a computer-based test, physical assessment, medical screening, and a selection board interview.
According to the timetable, the exercise will be conducted in batches, beginning with candidates from Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, and Bauchi (Batch A) on October 6. Screening continues daily with states in groups until the final day, October 15, reserved for candidates from Yobe (Batch B) and Zamfara.
Ezeugwu stressed that applicants must attend only on their scheduled dates. “Candidates should note that they will not be attended to before or after the dates indicated against their states of origin,” he warned.
Applicants are expected to appear in white T-shirts, white shorts, white socks, and white canvas shoes, and present both original and photocopies of key documents, including:
Primary school certificate
SSCE results
JAMB slip
Birth certificate or age declaration
Local government indigene certificate
Letter of identification
Guarantor’s form
Medical certificate of fitness from a government hospital
National Identification Number (NIN) slip
Passport photographs
Acknowledgement slip from the Academy’s admission portal
The Registrar also cautioned candidates against falling victim to fraudsters. “Candidates are warned to beware of fake social media accounts impersonating the Nigeria Police Academy,” he said.
