LASTMA HONOURS DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, PETER GBEJEMEDE, AS BEST TRAFFIC OFFICER IN LAGOS STATE

The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has honoured its Director of Operations, Mr. Peter Gbejemede, for emerging as the Best Traffic Officer in Lagos State (Senior Category) during the 2025 Public Service Week celebration.
Gbejemede received the prestigious award from the Lagos State Head of Service, Mr. Bode Agoro, in recognition of his dedication, professionalism, and exemplary service to traffic management across the state.
In an official statement released on Monday, LASTMA commended Gbejemede’s outstanding contributions to improving traffic flow and operational efficiency in Lagos.
“The Management Team and Staff of the Agency congratulate Mr. Peter Gbejemede, Director of Operations (DOPs), on his outstanding achievement, receiving the ‘Best Traffic Officer of the State’ award (Senior Category) from the Head of Service, Mr. Bode Agoro. Kudos!” the agency stated.
Photographs from the award ceremony captured the General Manager of LASTMA, Mr. Olalekan Bakare-Oki, presenting the certificate and plaque to Gbejemede, while commending his remarkable leadership and consistent performance.
The award, presented as part of the Lagos State Public Service Week, celebrates officers who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, integrity, and excellence in public service delivery.
