PRESEASON: MAN UNITED SUFFER SHOCK 1-0 DEFEAT TO ROSENBORG
Manchester United suffered a shock 1-0 defeat to Rosenborg in their first pre-season fixture on Monday.
The game was set to end goalless before Noah Holm scored from the centre of the field with what proved to be the last kick.
United manager Erik ten Hag was able to field regulars like Marcus Rashford, Casemiro, Mason Mount and Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Czechia keeper Radek Vítek did enough to keep Rosenborg out until Holm’s winner, as United were outshot 22-5.
Ten Hag’s team continues preseason preparations with a friendly against Rangers on July 20.
They will then take on Arsenal and Real Betis during their US tour.
