The attention of the Edo State Police Command has been drawn to information circulating on social media that the new Commissioner of Police of Edo State, CP Nemi Edwin-Iwo PSC(+), has disbanded the Edo Security Network. The Command categorically states that this information is not only false and misleading, but also mischievous and capable of causing unwarranted tension in the state.
The Commissioner of Police is assuring the good people of Edo State of the Command’s commitment to maintaining law and order, and ensuring the safety and security of all its inhabitants.
